Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and improve EH&S programs aligned with AbbVie's global standards.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation in Costa Rica and corporate policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and internal audits.

- Develop EHS activities and campaigns focused in increasing the culture at the site.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience.
- Experience implementing EH&S management systems.
- Experience in corporate or service environments.
- Desirable: Experience in call center environments.

- Desirable: Professional certifications (OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or others).
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations in Costa Rica.
