Administrative responsibilities (verification of CMRs, transport plans, routes, invoices); preparation of the documentation required for the transportation of goods in compliance with legal regulations. Operational responsibilities (ensuring compliance with loading and unloading procedures); planning transport routes for the delivery of goods to customers; maintaining continuous communication with carriers throughout the transport route; managing any issues or delays, resolving them promptly and professionally. Works with transport companies and freight exchanges; negotiates rates and continuously seeks solutions to optimize transport costs. Identifies optimal transport solutions and communicates them to clients in the shortest possible time. Maintains relationships with existing clients and provides optimal solutions for handling received orders. Always keeps clients informed regarding assigned transport (delivery estimates). Receives transport orders from clients and creates them in the dedicated operational system. Manages quotation requests by calculating costs and pricing. Maintains close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of transport operations. Regularly reports on their activities to their supervisor Performs all activities in compliance with the law and company regulations About You Open to learn, responsible, well-organized, reliable, and team player professional Customer-oriented with a solution-oriented mindset, ambitious and perseverance in achieving goals Strong communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions Good command of English; any additional foreign language is advantage Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with transport monitoring and tracking systems Knowledge of carriers and transport exchange platforms Solid knowledge of freight transport legislation -minimum 2 years of experience in the transport/logistics field; experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues promptly and efficiently About our Benefits A strong Team Spirit and a lot of fun together A safe, multi-cultural and inclusive environment Individual opportunities for growth and development Meal voucher, Medical insurance Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
