Our client is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Bartender to join a dynamic hospitality team. Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to consistently high standards. Mix, garnish, and present cocktails and drinks according to established recipes and quality standards. Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive service while engaging guests and providing beverage recommendations. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels of the bar throughout service. Prepare garnishes, ingredients, and mise en place to support smooth daily operations. Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system. Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations. Adhere to food hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies at all times. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of bartending or Food & Beverage experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation. Strong customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, well-groomed, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
