About the role

You will serve as a TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (WATER SURVIVAL) in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY of NMOTC DET NSTI ASTC MIRAMAR CA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in being qualified for U.S. Navy Second Class Diver (NEC 5343), or U.S. Navy First Class Diver (NEC 5342), who's diving qualifications are current as outlined in OPNAVINST 3150.27 SERIES and MILPERSMAN 1221-010 (100-330) Experience with maintain diving qualifications. Experience with Navy Dive School or Equivalent Experience. Experience using an automated system (e.g., management information system, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) to extract information. Experience assisting with clerical and administrative functions to support the needs of the organization. Experience preparing reports and maintaining documents in electronic files for easy retrieval.
