As a Scheduler on our Infusion Central Scheduling Team, we meet patients where they are-chair-side during treatment-helping plan what comes next while offering real-time support. Responsibilities

• We stay close to patients and teams, balancing real-time support with behind-the-scenes coordination:
• We meet with patients during infusion visits to schedule and plan upcoming care
• We work chair-side in the infusion room, assisting patients in real time
• We manage appointments-scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across sites
• We move between patient interaction and scheduling queues throughout the day
• We partner closely with nurses and clinic teams to keep everything running smoothly
• We help keep schedules accurate, organized, and on track
• We support team projects and training as we grow together

• Additional information
• Hours: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm)
• Schedule: 4 days onsite per week
• Location: NYC Locations - we have openings across various clinical sites on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. The exact location will be determined during the recruitment process.

• Pay Range: $23.54 - $35.44
