Responsibilities

- Reviewing and checking vendor drawings and other discipline drawings for input.
- Reviewing construction specifications.
- Reviewing fabrication drawings and other construction submittals for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating contractor activities to avoid lost time due to problem resolutions or lack of direction.
- Monitoring contractor resource assignments to ensure that the correct numbers of resources are assigned to the work.

- Ideal Background
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field from an accredited university is highly preferred.
- Licensing: General Contractors License is highly preferred.
- Experience: This position requires a minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management or project related experience.
