Supervise effective and update Management Review Meeting 3. Coordinate follow-up activities on study program self-evaluation result 4. Analyze study program self-evaluation form 5. Provide recommendation for study program based on self-evaluation result 6. Develop and provide report based on self-evaluation result 7. Review accreditation document in related Study Program (national and international accreditation) 8. Coordinate self-evaluation activities in related Study Program (in coordination with Quality Coordinator) 9. Maintain and update quality assurance process in related Faculty and/ School (in coordination with Quality Coordinator) 10. Address and provide solution for customer feedback related to academic matters 11. Coordinate and conduct non-regular audit for Study Program 12. Pro-active role in system development and maintenance of SPMI application 13. Analyze feedback from external assessment 14. Develop QMS Report for Study Program, Faculty and/ School, and University 15. Develop accreditation guidance book for Study Programs (national and international accreditation) 16. Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost) o Perform activities related to Quality Management System o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor Education Requirement: - Minimum Bachelor Degree Work Exposure/ Experience: - Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or - Minimum 4 years of working experience If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
