To qualify for the position of Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, at GS-0080-14, you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing the following: Formulating, managing, implementing, and administering personnel security policies and procedures; AND Developing and presenting training information or facilitating discussions about issue cases and related matters with other employees or with other personnel security professionals at training events and similar group settings; AND Overseeing reviews of results of national security and public trust investigations of contract and federal personnel in connection with employment or continued employment; AND Overseeing the development of justifications to support decisions involving complex adjudicative issues; AND Experience in managing personnel security program activities; AND Demonstrated ability to apply new developments and innovative solutions to a variety of highly complex and extremely sensitive security problems.
