Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate closely with government stakeholders and product teams to understand user needs and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, deployment, and continuous improvement. Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code that supports rapid product iteration and long-term scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices to maintain high product quality.
• Promote and adopt modern software engineering practices, including Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and DevOps.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring application performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing sessions, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience in modern web application development using: ReactJS TypeScript Angular .NET / .NET Core
• Experience developing cloud-based applications and working with modern software delivery practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional product environment.
• Passion for leveraging technology to deliver meaningful public-sector outcomes.
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS cloud services and deployments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with Docker, containerization technologies, and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS, APEX, or Cloud File Transfer (CFT) is an advantage.
