• The Teaching Assistant will primarily engage with students to provide a supportive educational environment. In addition, the position reports to CMEA's Program Directors.

• Requirements and Qualifications
• Professional experience tutoring or teaching in a classroom.
• Professional or personal experience with underserved students of color.
• Professional experience with editing, copyediting, or publishing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to connect with and inspire diverse groups of students.
• A commitment to fostering inclusivity, cultural awareness, and equity in education.
