Responsibilities

- Quality Control & Compliance :

- Budget & Schedule Management :
- Monitor and report on the progress of mechanical work against the project schedule and budget.

- Education :
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical project management on construction sites, which includes experience working on data center construction projects.
- Proven experience managing large, complex mechanical systems installations and commissioning processes.
- Expertise in mechanical systems commonly used in data centers, such as HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, and energy management systems.
- Experience with Owner's Representation and working directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, construction methods, and systems integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BIM).
