About the role

As Head of School, you will serve as the leader of the campus community, guiding the vision, supporting and developing staff, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring an exceptional educational experience for every child. Requirements

  • Experience teaching in an early childhood education setting
  • Experience as a School Director, Program Director, Admissions Director, Administrative Director, or similar leadership role in a preschool or early learning environment
  • Familiarity with Montessori education and/or Montessori certification
  • Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry OR
  • At least one year of experience managing or supervising adults, combined with knowledge of child development
