  • Structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguous problems into clear steps
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clean, organised slides and summaries
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; comfort working with data and basic analysis
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and collaborate effectively with a small, high-output team
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or Python is helpful but not required

Engagement: FT Summer Internship Location: Toronto (Hybrid) with 1-2 days per week of in-person collaboration in Toronto, Canada, and Tampa, Florida Role Overview Eastwood & Cleef is seeking a Summer Intern to support AI enablement, strategy, and program execution across our healthcare portfolio. You'll work alongside consultants and operators at the intersection of applied AI, value-based care (VBC) strategy, and operational transformation. This is a hands-on role designed to build real skills through real work: research, analysis, structured problem solving, and clear client-ready output.
