- Structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguous problems into clear steps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clean, organised slides and summaries
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; comfort working with data and basic analysis
- Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and collaborate effectively with a small, high-output team
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or Python is helpful but not required
