Responsibilities
- To support the administrative and operational matters within the HR department on the following:
- HR Administration
- Prepare monthly/off-cycle payroll data to vendor, validate the payroll report to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc HR support where required to ensure smooth business operations.
- Data Management
- Ensure coordination on information and processes in collaboration with relevant project units, HR, and other stakeholders.
- Support HR stakeholders and managers on ad hoc adjustment on organizational and employee data in HR systems to ensure data consistency.
- Audit data entry in HR systems on regular basis to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Produce the relevant HR documents to ensure local compliance, including employment certificate, service anniversary letter, transfer letter, and other HR compliance related documents.
- Able to work with various HR systems (e.g. Workday, HRiQ, etc) to retrieve the necessary data or documents of employees.
- Manage the HR documents in HR systems and encrypted HR folders owned by Regional HR.
- Support project migration/digitalization from time to time.
- MyHR Ticketing Management
- Establish strong working relationship with regional/global HR to ensure effective partnership and support administratively on topics related to Solutions & Systems, payroll, respective HR squads, and other functions whenever needed.
- Act as first point of contact to diagnose incoming requests or tickets to establish needs of the requester, subsequently take ownership for resolution or clarify with other HR squads within the stipulated SLAs.
- Provide end-to-end resolution on HR queries to employees and managers, including exit management, policy guidance, absence/leave management, benefits advice, and location specific practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors in HR, Psychology, Business, Management or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of HR experience, preferably in SSC environment
- Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in Workday and HRiQ are highly advantageous
- People centric with a passion for process excellence
- Strong communication skills
- Creative, flexible and able to think out of the box whenever assigned to adhoc projects
