Responsibilities
- Leadership & Service Delivery
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Oracle Functional Consultants, OIC Developers, Reporting Analysts, and Support Engineers.
- Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion AMS delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence.

- Support enterprise processes including Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
- Integration & Technical Leadership
- Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Manage integrations with Salesforce CPQ/Apttus, Zuora Billing & RevPro, MuleSoft, Concur, Avalara, YayPay, CyberSource, Adyen, Bank of America, and JPM Chase.
- Resolve complex integration, synchronization, and data integrity challenges.
- Reporting, Governance & Automation
- Lead reporting initiatives using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Drive automation, observability, AI adoption, Oracle quarterly release management, and service improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, audit, change management, and governance standards.
- Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Managed Services (AMS/RTB) engagements and global delivery teams.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, Subscription Management, and Advanced Collections.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong understanding of Q2C, O2C, and R2R business processes.
- Experience working directly with US-based customers and offshore teams.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Jira, and Datadog.
