Responsibilities

  • Provide support for accounting and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle basic accounting duties, including invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and data entry into accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks).
  • Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and reports in compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles. Experience in the non-profit or social service sector is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, HR practices and proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) & Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks within limited hours, and handle confidential information with discretion.
