Responsibilities

  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with Receiving, Cost Control, and Finance departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
  • Support inventory control activities and assist in monitoring stock availability.
  • Prepare purchasing reports and provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Knowledge of purchasing procedures, supplier management, and cost control principles.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems or hotel operating systems is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
