Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Advanced Practitioner Occupational Therapist to join its client's team in Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse caseload, supporting adults with physical, cognitive, and mental health needs through strength-based, person-centred practice.
What will your responsibilities be?
Deliver holistic OT assessments and interventions under the Care Act, promoting independence and wellbeing.
Lead on major adaptations, including preparing specifications, sketches, and working with housing teams and architects.
Provide moving and handling assessments, equipment provision, and care plans to support safe living environments.
Manage complex cases involving multi-agency input, safeguarding, and high-risk factors.
Supervise junior staff and support OT students through practice educator responsibilities.
Contribute to service development, policy shaping, and specialist areas such as postural management, mental health, or vocational rehab.
