Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in community management for video games or similar products.
- Strong knowledge of gaming culture and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and community platforms (Discord, Reddit, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for video games and a genuine passion for engaging with the gaming community.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com , or similar.
- The base salary range for this position is listed below. Final compensation within the applicable salary range will be determined based on factors such as the applicant's experience, qualifications, and work location.
- San Francisco, CA; New York City, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Seattle, WA; Boston, MA; & Seattle, WA DC Metropolitan Areas: $41.00 - $55.00 USD hourly
- Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; & Miami, FL Metropolitan Areas: $36.00 - $47.00 USD hourly
- All Other U.S. Locations: $31.00 - $40.00 USD hourly
