Our team is looking for a Temporary Accounting Associate - (AP) to join them. You will report to the Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC . To be considered for the Accounting Associate- (AP) opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. As an Accounting Associate - (AP), you will: Support AP Lead with Emails Assist with Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with payment processing (checks, ACH, wire transfers). Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable files and records. Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation.
