- $165,000 - $250,000

Job Description: This role sits within a fast-growing and dynamic business, with a focus on global fundraising and marketing initiatives as well as day-to-day legal matters for Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust (BREIT), an industry leading public, non-listed real estate investment trust. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally across Private Wealth and other Blackstone business units including with the Investment Teams, Operations, Institutional Client Solutions, Finance, Tax, Public Affairs, and other groups in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia. Primary job responsibilities will include: Prepare and review public offering materials, including registration statements and prospectuses under the '33 Act and private placement memoranda Prepare and review '34 Act filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Section 16 filings and manage the annual meeting proxy process Liaise with management and outside counsel on all aspects of corporate governance, including board and committee meeting planning and preparation of meeting materials Assist with private placement offerings for BREIT's international and other fundraising efforts, including leading and managing legal workstreams for the structuring and launch of new initiatives and products Interpret and apply regulations related to the operation, communications, marketing and offering of securities in the United States and abroad, including application of Regulation D, Regulation S and "world sky" laws Assist with other day-to-day legal matters, including drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements Oversee and manage junior team members and outside counsel in the execution of the above responsibilities
