- 5-6 years of relevant engineering experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential , with ability to communicate clearly in a professional environment
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage own tasks effectively
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Experience working in team-based project environments
- Ability to support and guide junior team members
- Familiarity with relevant standards, tools, and processes (desirable)
