Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive pediatric diagnostic audiologic evaluations for infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Conduct behavioral, electrophysiologic, and objective hearing assessments appropriate for pediatric populations.

  • Completes full diagnostic hearing assessments using the appropriate testing method and equipment for the patient type, diagnosis, and reason for referral.

Requirements

  • Required
  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
  • Tennessee Audiology License (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or eligibility.
  • Preferred
  • Experience in pediatric audiology.
  • Experience with pediatric hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care.
  • Strong interest in family-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience working within pediatric ENT clinics is preferred.
