Responsibilities

  • As a Contribute & Grow Partner, you enable the Grow & Contribute agenda by implementing global people processes, supporting leaders with insights and building capability through training, coaching and development.
  • You will:
  • Drive implementation and adoption of Grow & Contribute processes, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local needs
  • Act as a subject-matter partner, enabling leaders and People teams to apply people processes and tools consistently
  • Translate global frameworks into practical solutions that support business performance and meaningful employee experiences
  • Use data and feedback to monitor effectiveness, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement
  • Support people strategy by providing analysis and input to leaders on priorities and future needs
  • Build leadership and people capability through training, facilitation, and coaching interventions
  • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • You'll partner closely with People Business Partners, People Generalists, and business leaders, while collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment between global frameworks and local execution.\
  • This role will be reporting to the People Manager.
