You'll help shape the visual language of our platform, create production-ready assets, contribute to user experience improvements, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Visual Asset Creation Design and deliver high-quality illustrations, marketing assets, landing page visuals, icons, graphics, and digital content that strengthen our brand identity. Product & UI Collaboration Partner closely with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to create assets that seamlessly integrate into digital experiences. Design System Contribution Help establish and maintain consistent visual standards, reusable design patterns, and scalable asset libraries across products and platforms. UI/UX Enhancement Contribute visual design improvements that enhance usability, consistency, accessibility, and overall user experience. Developer-Friendly Design Handoffs Create organized design files, structured components, and clearly documented assets that support efficient frontend implementation. Asset Management Maintain well-organized design systems, asset libraries, source files, and documentation that enable efficient collaboration across teams. Rapid Iteration Quickly translate concepts, feedback, wireframes, and product ideas into polished visual solutions. Exceptional Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing visual design, digital illustration, UI design, product design, branding, or related work. Portfolio quality is significantly more important than formal education. Figma Expertise Strong experience creating, organizing, and maintaining design systems, components, and production-ready files within Figma. Visual Design Fundamentals Deep understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, spacing, and modern digital design principles. UI/UX Awareness Understanding of user-centered design principles and how visual decisions impact usability and product experience. Developer-Friendly Workflow Experience creating organized files, reusable components, SVG assets, and design documentation that supports efficient engineering implementation. Attention to Detail You notice inconsistencies that others miss and care deeply about visual polish, structure, and design quality. Organizational Excellence Ability to maintain highly organized design systems, libraries, file structures, and asset repositories. Nice to Have Experience building or contributing to design systems Experience collaborating directly with frontend engineering teams Experience with motion design or animation tools such as After Effects, Rive, or Lottie Experience creating assets optimized for SVG, WebP, and modern web delivery Experience working on gaming, entertainment, consumer technology, or creator-focused products Familiarity with responsive design and frontend implementation considerations Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development workflows Why Join Us?
