Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and proactively follow up with project managers and account owners on ageing receivables to ensure timely collection.
- Track and report on project costs, committed costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Monitor project profitability, including EBIT/EBITX performance, and highlight any budget variances or financial risks.
- Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration.
- Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring.
- Good understanding of project financial management, including budgets, committed costs, and profitability (EBIT/EBITX).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in following up on outstanding receivables with project managers and customers.
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting project-based businesses or engineering/technology organisations.
- Familiarity with project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and management reporting.
