About the role

As a Project Closeout Consultant, you will manage all aspects of closeout documentation collection, organization, validation, and delivery for commercial construction projects.   • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with document management systems and cloud-based platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track hundreds of documents across multiple projects
  • Preferred Experience
  • Background as a project engineer, project coordinator, or assistant project manager with a general contractor
  • Experience in facilities management or building operations
  • Knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and building equipment
  • Familiarity with CSI specification divisions and submittal processes
  • Experience with construction management software
