We are currently seeking a Practice Director of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) in the Seattle Area. The OE practice offers consulting services across several areas, and this Practice Director will mostly focus on Change & Adoption and Learning & Training. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, and detail-oriented operator. The Practice Director is an ambassador for the firm and embodiment of Unify values. The PD reports directly to the General Manager while taking guidance on strategy and standards from the Managing Director.
