Responsibilities
- Support the collection, cleaning, preprocessing, validation, and organization of data from multiple business sources to ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Apply data science, statistical analysis, and business analytics techniques to identify trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities across key North America Supplies business performance areas.
- Generate recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis that highlight key metrics, business trends, performance drivers, and emerging risks or opportunities.
- Help create and maintain repeatable reporting processes, templates, dashboards, and documentation to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of analysis, identifying opportunities for modernization through automation, simplification, and process improvement
- Collaborate with Category subject matter experts to align reporting logic, business definitions, data assumptions, methodology, and procedures for collecting and communicating business data.
- Translate complex analysis outputs into clear charts, tables, summaries, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or any other related discipline; or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in data analytics, data science, business analytics, reporting, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
