The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following: Marketing Function -- Assist AP Marketing Manager to carry out the market study by country level and AP's Build assigned markets/segments/applications/products strategy with other function teams Implement the Portfolio Enrichment projects for quick NPIs Help MarComm team on MarComm execution plan Execute market and business intelligence mechanism to offer the regular and irregular information for regional and global business decision Work with advocacy team to speed up the early adoption in main developing countries of AP Work with Legal and Corp Security team for anti-counterfeit activities Play the active role for special projects offering Asia support to Global Product Management Function -- Assist in doing the pricing intelligence and understanding Chemours pricing posting in AP markets. Assist in doing the pricing strategy and developing solutions to optimize the pricing position in AP countries. Work with sales team to ensure the correct pricing input in planning system. Execute the aligned pricing strategy and ensure the correct price execution in all the countries. Do the monthly price outlook and profitability analysis, detect the abnormal trend and work on the root cause study Assist in developing the improvement actions for products with profitability risk. Work with region product manager and sales managers to execute the pricing activities Support AP Product Manager to maintain a healthy product portfolio in the region. Assist to monitor and understand the policy update for HFC quota management in AP countries. Work with local team, CER team and PS team to do the necessary update on internal management process for compliance Monitor each country's quota consumption status, assist to do the by country quota consumption strategy
