Intern, MSAT (CGT)

Responsibilities

• Process Learning:
• Learn and understand the principles and processes involved in fill and finish operations for pharmaceutical products.
• Quality Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations in all activities.
• Documentation:
• Participate to the development of the standard working procedures of the related activities in compliance with company policies.
• Problem-Solving:
• Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Supervision and Development:
• Receive daily supervision for routine work and step-by-step guidance on new tasks.
• Provide support in task organization and documentation.
• Receive coaching on process flow within a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Be encouraged to develop problem-solving and decision-making skills with appropriate guidance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in biomedical science, pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, chemical engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• A passion and desire to learn new things.

We are currently looking for an intern to join us at our location in Singapore Tuas. As an Intern you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supporting the team (Manufacturing/Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Development Services/ Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT)) in day-to-day operations. This is a fully site‑based role at Singapore Tuas. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
