Responsibilities

  • Technical Documentation
  • Help maintain and improve integration documentation

  • Migrate configurations from sandbox to live
  • Refine and publish live hub versions
  • Coordinate final UI/visual review with design team
  • Support optional features: Loyalty Program, Daily Rewards, LiveOps, News plugin, attribution integrations (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, etc.)
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams on integrations and issues
  • Provide structured feedback on product gaps and integration challenges
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes and tooling
  • Required Qualifications
  • Technical background in software development, QA/testing, or technical support
  • Understanding of idempotency, retries, and reliable delivery patterns
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP protocols
  • Experience working with dashboards, and developer tools
  • Based in North or South America. Fluent in English
  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C gaming industry integrations (publishers, studios, gaming platforms)
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for learning quickly and delivering results
  • Familiarity with payment systems, in-app purchases, or e-commerce integrations

Requirements

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog)
  • Knowledge of mobile app ecosystems (App Store, Google Play)
  • Understanding of frontend/backend architecture and technical domain configurations

Additional Information

We're looking for a Technical Integration Engineer to join our Technical Operations team in AMER and become the primary technical point of contact for game publishers and studios integrating with Aghanim's platform. You'll guide clients through the entire integration journey from initial technical discussions to successful live deployment. This is a crucial hands-on (not a project management) role that combines technical expertise, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with our customer success and engineering teams.
