Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce monthly control governance with timely SOX compliance reporting
- Document, test, and formally approve all invoicing process changes to SOX standards
- Confidently represent department during SOX reviews with internal & external audit teams
- Support leadership with regular self-certification testing and maintain current process documentation
- Collaborate with Finance Management and Global Directors to report on exceptions and implement remediation strategies

- Coordinate bi-monthly JIRA prioritization reviews with eCommerce Product and Engineering & Finance Systems teams and thrives in dynamic environments, adapting quickly while maintaining strategic focus

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or MBA equivalent with minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, specifically Visio flowcharts & Excel pivot tables
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools
- Proven experience managing SOX testing and compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and departmental impact
- Experience controlling user acceptance testing (UAT) for finance system migrations
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience in project management and excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix organization and consultative approach to problem-solving
