Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct site recce and client briefings
• Back-end preparation and support of projects and events
• Ensure smooth operation of events
• Assist manager in servicing existing and new clients
• Follow up with clients on their enquiry of our products and services
• Co-ordinate with manager on daily on-site project work
• To be on-site to supervise the progress of work deployment
• Supervise, lead and manage operations team to ensure works are done in safe and timely manner, and per the client's requirements
• Drive company lorry with care to transport goods and/or workers to various job sites (If applicant has driver licence)
• Handle ad-hoc administration duties

Requirements

• Enjoy working outdoors
• Good learning attitude and keen to take on new challenges
• Good communication skills and hardworking
• Team-player with initiative and willing to take on responsibilities
• Able to work on weekend/Public Holidays should the need arise
• Able to work irregular hours should the need arise
• Proficient in MS Office applications
