Responsibilities

• Identify and engage talent through various sourcing and recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to market growth opportunities
• Stay informed on employment market trends and provide relevant insights to clients and candidates
• Deliver professional career guidance and talent advisory services
• Participate in client discussions, proposal preparation, and business planning activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality recruitment and workforce solutions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong interest in business development, recruitment, consulting, marketing, or human capital management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or extracurricular involvement will be advantageous
• Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided
