- Support compensation & benefits analysis and management across multiple countries.

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.NICE TO HAVE:

- Previous internship or academic projects involving data analysis or HR analytics.
