Responsibilities
- Perform transistor-level design of mixed-signal power management circuit blocks

- Knowledge of feedback control theory and systems
- Knowledge of low-voltage (1V-5V) and high-voltage (12V-100V) BCD technologies
- Knowledge of design and analysis technique for analog circuit blocks (process/voltage/temperature corners and Montecarlo statistical simulations)
- Familiarity with Cadence design tools
- Familiarity with switch-mode and linear regulator topologies
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of precision current sensing techniques
- Knowledge of regulated or unregulated charge pump circuits
- Knowledge of high precision rail-to-rail amplifiers
- Knowledge of integrated-FET switching regulators and PMICs
- Knowledge of behavioral modeling techniques
- Knowledge of automated test methodologies
- The expected annual pay range for this position is €39,000-€52,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate's skill set. This role is also eligible for a bonus.
