About the role
This position is located in the Facilities Services Branch, Operations Division, Office of Museum Operations and Administration, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM). For this position, specialized experience is coordinating and overseeing various programs and projects in support of Facilities Services; managing procurement, projects, and contracts for these and other programs; managing budgets and tracks expenditures for maintenance, repair work, new construction, alteration projects, increase in services, and other criteria; developing detailed statements of work, specifications, requests for proposal, and cost estimates; performing full range of Contracting Officer's Representative's (COR) responsibilities as required on assigned contracts; and conducting site studies and analysis of the in-house operation to determine capability and method of accomplishment and provides written and oral presentations. **TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY EDUCATION REQUIREMENT** ***Failure to submit required documentation will result in an ineligible rating.
