Architectural Resident Technical Officer

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture, Building Service, or related disciplines from recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in site supervision of building works, architectural elements, and finishing works on construction sites in Singapore
• Conversant in building statutory codes and requirements
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, being responsible, meticulous and a good team player
• Competent in computer skills

Additional Information

To supervise architectural works to project completion, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, regulations, and client requirements. Background knowledge and experience on supervision of architectural works Ensure work carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications Attend site walk with owner and consultants To identify, highlight and address any critical issues, discrepancies, non-conformances and irregularities on site Assist in review of main contractor's shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements etc Assist to prepare, maintain, and update site reports and records on project progress Monitor, report and assess site progress and quality standards Ensure contractors' compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness, and tidiness on-site
