About the role

Coordinate logistics activities for utility-scale BESS projects across Europe, from factory dispatch to project site delivery. Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials in line with project schedules. Act as the primary interface with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, transportation, and customs documentation. Support import/export compliance and customs clearance processes across European markets. Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory movements, and material allocation with third-party logistics providers. Maintain logistics and inventory records within ERP systems and ensure data accuracy. Work closely with Project Managers to identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting project execution. Support freight cost control, invoice verification, and logistics performance reporting. Assist with logistics claims, returns, and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination within an international business environment. Experience supporting large-scale industrial, renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy storage projects is preferred. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Advance knowledge of logistics terminology and practices (Bill of Lading, CMR, Incoterms) Good knowledge of international business environment, operations, and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage) Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ERP systems, preferably Oracle. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team. Proactive, self-starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required. Ability to interact with customers and key players.
