Responsibilities
- Primary day to day accountabilities for this appointment includes:
- Provide professional human resource services that is consistent with St Vincent's people and culture strategy
- Engage and broker services from the broader People & Culture team to ensure a positive employee experience
- Drive a people and performance-focused culture by providing accurate, relevant advice and guidance in all aspects of People & Culture.
- Advise and assist with employee relations matters including supporting managers with performance and conduct matters, management of grievances and complaints, and undertaking investigations.

- Key to success in the role will be a collaborative inter-professional approach, committed to elevating team capabilities, ultimately supporting St Vincent's mission to deliver the highest calibre of patient-centred healthcare outcomes.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
- Clearly demonstrable personal effectiveness in delivering outcomes and founded on an innovation and improvement mindset
- Demonstrated People & Culture partnering experience in a complex work environment
- Driving results through effective communication to team and stakeholders alike
- A commitment to professional development, with a strong understanding of contemporary People & Culture practices
- Whilst not essential, experience in a dynamic healthcare environment or other people centric industry sector would be highly regarded.
