What your new challenge will look like Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations Monitoring logistics performance and costs Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures Why you belong at 4flow You have a university degree with professional experience and firm knowledge of transportation management in road freight More than 2 years of experience in supervising and developing a team Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation Adaptability to new situations and peak operation periods, with a structured approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills in English. Advanced user knowledge of enterprise IT systems You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
