Project Coordinator (construction)

Requirements

• Diploma / Nitec in Building, Civil engineering or relevant field.
• Preferably with relevant work experience in building /civil engineering industry. Fresh graduate without experience may also apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of CAD, MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Project

JOB SCOPE Organise, supervise and manage project execution. Attend site meeting to co-ordinate contract and technical matters with main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors. Plan, organise and monitor daily activities on site and report to management on progress and highlight any issues. Supervise and monitor the deployment of workers and sub-contractors. Planning the work, organizing tools and site facilities efficiently to meet project deadlines. Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
