Job Responsibilities: - Develop and update detailed BIM models and shop drawings for ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades including structural, electrical, and plumbing works - Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV projects - Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans(BEP), project workflows, Singapore BIM Guidelines, and project specifications - Update BIM models based on design changes, site conditions, and project requirements to support smooth project delivery - Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, drafting standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects
