Job Description: Managing the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits Handle petty cash Inter-company billing Preparing and maintaining financial reports, such as balance sheets, P & L, cash flows statements and management report Prepare month end closing and reconcile bank accounts and credit card statement Prepare quaterly GST submissions and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws Maintain Fixed Assets schedules including additions, disposal and depreciation Inventory Management - stock code creation and inventory adjustments, check monthly actual stock balance with data from system and perform stock count Maintain filing system Co-ordinate with the office team (operation, marketing, sales) and provide the information and supports as and when needed Liaise with external auditors, preparation of financial statements and audit schedules Any other adhoc duties assigned
