We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support members of Netomi's Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role operates at the center of a fast-paced, high-growth environment and requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high degree of ownership and discretion. You will play a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness by managing schedules, coordinating across teams, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and brings a strong bias for action-someone who can pivot as priorities evolve and keep pace with the demands of a scaling organization. Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP+ / C-level preferred)
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
  • Experience working across global teams and time zones (NA preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems (i.e., Ramp)
