CRM Data Quality Specialist (Part-Time Contract)

About the role

Location : Southfield, MI (hybrid) Hours: approximately 35 hours a week; projected end date in December 2026 MUST BE CURRENTLY AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES. NO VISA OR IMMIGRATION SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE, NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT, TN, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Research and process contact information change requests.
• Research and merge duplicate contacts.
• Research and edit bounced mailings.
• Research and categorize companies for industry information.

Requirements

• Must be detailed oriented and display logical deductive skill set.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Database or CRM experience preferred.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A team player and be willing to assist wherever necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
• Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
