Customer Service cum Admin (Jurong/5 Days)

Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Order Management
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from customers.
• Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately in the system.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communication & Coordination
• Act as the main contact point between customers and internal teams.
• Liaise with the warehouse, logistics, and sales departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inform customers of any delays, changes, or stock issues.
• Documentation & System Updates
• Maintain and update customer records in the system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central).
• Prepare and file delivery documents, invoices, and other customer-related paperwork.
• Generate daily/weekly reports for management review.
• After-Sales Service
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and return requests professionally.
• Ensure proper follow-up and closure of customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service.
• Administrative Support
• Assist in preparing quotations, price lists, and related documents when required.
• Support ad hoc duties assigned by management.
