Job Title: Measurement Technician Location: India Workplace Type: Remote Job Summary The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it as our Measurement Technician. We are looking for a Measurement Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality roof diagrams using iRoofing's proprietary software. This is a detail-oriented, production-focused role for someone who can manage a high volume of work, apply sound judgment to complex architectural assessments, and maintain exceptional accuracy under tight turnaround expectations. The right person is tech-savvy, self-directed, and takes ownership of their output while actively contributing to team efficiency and process improvement. You will serve as a developing subject matter expert, supporting workflows, onboarding new team members, and helping elevate the quality and consistency of our diagramming operations. What You Will Do As A Measurement Technician Use iRoofing's proprietary software to accurately diagram roofs from aerial imagery Analyze building architecture and apply sound judgment to complete complex or non-standard diagrams Manage incoming work efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet quality and turnaround expectations Communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and verbal) using company tools Take ownership of quality and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies or edge cases independently Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, workflows, and team output Contribute to process improvements and documentation, including updating training materials and shared resources Support onboarding and integration of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices Act as a developing subject matter expert (SME) in roofing diagramming, tools, and workflows Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and team performance What You Will Bring As A Measurement Technician 3+ years of experience in a production, operations, or technical role requiring accuracy and throughput Strong comfort with technology and web-based tools; ability to learn systems quickly High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a high-volume environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret visual data and make informed decisions Experience with Xactimate or roof sketching tools (preferred) Proven experience working with US-based business teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Working Hours: 8 Hours (excluding breaks) 4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30 PM-11:30 PM IST) 4 flexible hours (IST) Workspace: A quiet space to work with an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload The application window for this position is anticipated to close in 2 weeks (10 business days) from June 22, 2026.
