Our Finance team in Amersfoort is looking for an experienced **Financial Controller (m/f/d).** ## What your job includes - Manage monthly and year-end closing activities - Prepare financial reports and statutory financial statements - Coordinate external audits and ensure tax compliance - Monitor accounting quality, reconciliations, and inventory valuation - Lead and support two accounting team members ## What we expect from you - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Several years of relevant experience in financial controlling and accounting - Experience in taking the lead with financial statements, audits & tax compliance - Solid knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP is a plus - Experience in an international, trading, or distribution environment is preferred - Fluency in Dutch and English - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills - Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently within an international environment ## What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
